Edible Eggs:

  • We collect our eggs daily. 

  • We do not wash our eggs which leave the protective bloom on them.

  • We keep our eggs on a counter inside a temperature controlled room.

  • We will wash and refrigerate eggs upon request at an additional cost.

 

Hatching Eggs:

  • We test our Fertility rate multiple times through out the year via the incubation process. 

  • We are unable to guarantee hatch rate of any of our hatching eggs once they leave our farm.

  • We can't guarantee specific colors from some of our pens since some colors do not always breed true.

  • We don't wash our eggs. Although most of our eggs are clean some may have a little bit of dirt on them. 

  • Hatching egg orders shall be filled in the order in which they are received. 
     

Week Old Chicks/Poults/Ducklings:

  • We sell our birds once they are at least a week old to insure they are healthy. 

  • We sell our birds as straight run/unsexed.

  • We can't guarantee specific colors from some of our pens since some colors do not always breed true.

  • Bird orders will be filled in the order in which they are received.

Older Chicks/Poults/Ducklings:

  • We sometimes have older birds that we have kept to allow them to fully feather out. If their feathering does not fit our breeding program we will list those for sale.

  • Sexing most of our birds gets easier as the age but it is still not 100% accurate. We can only 100% guarantee sex when the bird crows, quacks, gobbles, or lays an egg.

Riding Lessons:

  • A Liability waver must be signed by rider or guardian before the 1st lesson.

  • All riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet while on a horse. 


Animal Husbandry Lessons:

  • A Liability waiver must be signed by rider or guardian before the 1st lesson. 

  • Cost of lessons vary depending on lesson being taught and  length of time needed.

Late/No Show Notice:

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late, the lesson will need to be rescheduled. If you no show 2 times you will no longer be scheduled. If have pre-paid and no show 2 times you will be refund balance minus 1 lesson fee.

​

Advance payment discounts:

  • Lessons paid in advance can be used by one person or multiple people and must be used within a 2-month period. Scheduling in advance will only be offered to those who have pre-paid.

  • Advance payment Discounts:

  • 10% off 2 Lessons

  • 20% off 4 Lessons
